By accessing or using Chemizon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, suppliers, and visitors.

2. Use of the Platform

Chemizon is a B2B marketplace for chemical products and ingredients. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing the trade of chemicals in your jurisdiction.

You may not use the platform to list, buy, or sell substances that are controlled, prohibited, or require special licenses without providing appropriate documentation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@chemizon.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Supplier Listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, including specifications, regulatory claims, pricing, and availability. Chemizon does not warrant the accuracy of supplier-provided content and is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and technology is owned by Chemizon or its licensors. Suppliers retain ownership of their product content. By listing on Chemizon, suppliers grant us a license to display that content on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chemizon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@chemizon.com.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notification. Continued use of Chemizon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
